Spark plug boots arcing/burning on headers

Spark plug boots arcing/burning on headers
Any ideas? Thicker gaskets? How much more can I dent the headers without hurting performance? (Really dont want to take them off again...and buying new heads is out of the question)

Here's what I did after burning 3 plugs, car running like crap and buying my 4set of plug wires.
Moroso Wire Looms, around $15
Spectre Heat Sleeving, $12 a pk, need 2
MSD Wire Separators $12
it's better safe than sorry.
