I have had the same miss at idle too. Planning to replace all the ignition pretty soon so I will see if that is it. Doesn't really bother me. Only my jealous friend notices it be he notices anything that might consider something is wrong because he is jealous of the car. You know the type.

well guys I finally solved my problem.I ignored the timing tab on the timing chain cover and set it by ear with The brown and black wire hooked up I started retarding the timing and it started getting smoother.The engine is a rebuild from some remanufacturer and I guess that timing tab may be in a different location.I went for a run and it really doesn't feel much faster but it doesn't miss a lick at idle.I'm making a reference point from where it's at now and gonna start tweaking on it.Man I wish you guys well cause I know this is some frustrating stuff.If you suspect your timing tab is not the original don't trust it!!!!!!!!!!!!:rockon:
