what gears are you running?

an all around good cam would be a comp cams x/e 268, its about 150$$ lifters included, I would also spend another 100$$ or so and buy a covete torque converter.

Without knowing what rear gears you have, its impossible to say what cam would be the best though

so again, what gears are you running?

600cfm is just fine on a mild 350, thats what I run, but I still get horrible mileage. 11mpg is a good day for me.

With those heads and a 268 cam and about 9.5:1 cp,you should make at least 350 hp maybe a little more,it's hard to give a more accurate esmt. because of variables. A 600 cfm is big enough just don't be afraid to play with rods and jets for best performance!
