Brake problems

On the way home from work last night my GTA started pulling to the left as I braked for a stopsign. When I went to take off again it seemed like they never released from the rotors so I pulled into a gas station and they were smoking like a train, and I had to stand on the pedal to get it to stop.Any ideas what it might be?

I'm thinking maybe the master cylinder but I don't know..

I just had the rotors resurfaced and installed new pads a week ago.
Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks,Brian

Sounds like you need to rebuild or replace your calipers, and you may want to replace the rubber flex lines also, I hear thats common on high milage cars. I'll probably be doing the same soon.
