Is that little nipple on top the charcoal canister.....
Is that little nipple on top the charcoal canister with the cap over it supposed to be pulling in air from the outside into it? When I put my finger over it the car dies out......thats doesnt seem right......I have a slightly ruff idle too....help? If the canister clogged or the solenoid defective. If I disconnect the solenoid's connecter to the ecm it stops sucking air in......and the car stary running....
