Ok to use break line for fuel?

Is it ok to use steel break line for fuel line? Its a carbed car..

That's what I used to get the fuel from the V6 side to the V8 side of the engine compartment.

Cool... I was going to just run rubber, but I don't want to get hasseled by tech at the track...
