Hey Everyone, What To Do What To Do???
What are somethings to use off an old engine and what are somethings that are no no's when swapping engines. I dont want to swap parts that I shouldn't. So if everyone could fill me in It would be helpful. Heres whats in my car now.
1989 camaro RS
305 5spd
373 gears
catback exhaust
TBI
The engine thats getting swapped.
305 w/
pistons
heads
timing
cam
crankshaft and all the goodies. Lord I need help.

Axle/Gears: 342
You can use the same intake/fuel delivery with no problem and distributor as well, there shouldn't be anything you would need to buy.

Im glad to hear that. Now if I could figure out what kind of heads are on the new engine. I saw some number like...........GM 42 or something.............I hope to *** that they arent stock LO3's. That would suck.
