How bad is this??

I drove for about a mile with the e-brake on. So is there anything major i should worry about?

I would check the brakes for wear, and the e-brake cable to make sure it is still adjusted properly.

well if you feel a wobble when breaking, check for warped rotors...

Depends on how good your e-brake is

If the rotors arent blue, youre probably ok. I've done that before on a different car... its still ok many miles and years later.

Take you car in reverse and jam on the brakes really hard. That will help adjust them back.
