stock crank and rods?

What kind of power could stock 5.7" rods and a stock cast crank take? If they should be repaced, what kind would you buy, that are on the more "affordable" side. I imagine the motor will be around 300-350hp, and I'd like to use a 100-125 shot at the track. Thanks.

Rumor has it that the stock cast crank (not cast nodular iron, just gray iron) should be limited to around 400 BHP (at the flywheel). Some of this is RPM dependent, and RPMs should be limited to probably 6,200 or lower. This would still require a fairly well balanced lower end, and the factory "balance" is not very tight-toleranced. $400 will get you a steel crank, if you're concerned about the limits.
