Alcohol for emissions

Simple question
Anyone know what kinds of alcohol I can mix with my gas to lower emissions?

WAIT!!!

if your going to get rubbin alcohol, be sure you get a bottle that is 100percent pure!!
some of the cheaper ones are like 30percent, and the rest is water..very bad.

How much isopropyl alcohol do you add to how much gas?

Does this have any practical use in everyday driving other than lowering emissions? Can it potentially be harmful?
