hesitation problem, please help!

After my car is warmed up, I'll be sitting at a light or in a parking lot and rev my engine. I just puch it to the floor as fast as I can and it will hesitatefor about half a second then rev up fast as hell, but the hesitation is bugging me a lot. Anyone got any ideas?

Rich condition?

Get out a scan tool or take some plug cuts.
