cam installation

when installing a new cam should you change the cam bearings.

You don't have too, unless you suspect they're damaged. Be careful sliding the new cam in not to damage the bearings.

if you wantto change the cam bearings thenplanon taking your engine entirely apart. if your doing a cam swap in the car then it will be very difficult to do the bearings. how many miles are on them.

thats why I asking because i dont want to have to pull the engine and have to take it to a machine shop to get put in. My block came out of a 68 camaro I think, and the car has 130*** on it. So I dont know.
