I have the dual electric fans and one never shuts off. I put a new fan switch and it didnt help. Any Ideas?

Replace the relay. It should be on the firewall on the driver's side near the master cylinder. There are a few different relays there. To figure out which one is the culprit, with the fan running, disconnect each relay one at a time and one of them should turn the fan off when you disconnect it. That should be your bad relay.
WOW! Not even a break for Christmas? You da MAN!
Anyway, if the relay contacts aren't welded, you may want to take a look at the A/C high pressure fan switch. If that is unplugged (or the sensor has failed open-circuit) the primary cooling fan will run continuously.
