Has anyone used the Gapless piston rings?

Hi everyone,
My question is : has anyone ever used the gapless piston rings before & if so was it a big difference in vacumn & performance from the standard piston rings?

The "gapless" compression rings do a little better job of sealing the ends of the gaps due to the overlapped joint. I doubt that you would detect much of a difference in compression, leakage, or idle vacuum between the gaapless rings and a fresh set of file-fit rings.

However, as the engine wears the gapless rings should have a theoretical advantage. Then again, if you use syntheticc engine lubricants, the file-fit rings won't wear enough to leak either. But that's just my experience.
