To Much Fuel at WOT?

How do I know if I am getting to much fuel at WOT? I just got done adjusting my fuel pressure higher and the car runs great but when I floor it, it dies around 3800-4500rpm's. So bad that I can tell at the seat. Is that a result of to much fuel at WOT?

You'd really have to monitor the exhaust gasses to be certain. A heated O² sensor connected near the heads with an EGA would tell you right away.

It's also very possible (if not likely) that at 4,500 RPM you are starting to get valve float from the low pressure stock springs. Even with the realatively mild factory cams, valve float at that RPM is not uncommon. Once the valves stop complying with the cam profile, it's "game over" for any more power.
