"Clicking" noises

Okay, there is a clicking noise coming from the engine. It only occurs at idle or at very low RPM's. I believe it to be the cam, since they were the only parts that are the original. Just had heads, headers, etc... installed. Wanted to get a camshaft with lifters, but don't want to waste my money if the clicking noise doesn't go away. Thanks

If you think a "Tick" sounds like an appropriate description it could be lifters.

I think that's what it probably is too. Well, I'll get some new ones installed.
