while I was driving up through the mountain I turned on my parking lights and my right turn signal come on. WHY?

 

sounds like the parking lamp circuit is getting a ground path through the turn signal lamps.

try the easiest solution first, replace the dual filament turn signal/parking light bulbs. if problem still isn't fixed, look for corroded ground terminals.

 

My car is possed. I was driving home and turned on my brights to see how much they lit up the road. the right turn signal went off and works fine now.

This is all because I am thinking getting another car.
