This has happenned to me 3 times in the last 7 weeks.
I start the car in the a.m., I let the car warm up a few minutes (aprox 2 or 3 minutes) start driving to work and the engine will shut off, but it cranks over just fine and drives like nothing ever happenned???? Any ideas?

 

Ignition module?? They'll do wierd stuff like that when they're going out.

 

I'll second that.....mine did the same thing with the 2.8. Funny thing was it seemed to die in the same spots every time....red light 1rst and pierce...leaving the nite hawk....
