New world record???

Just wanted to say that i think I've set the world record for oil burning. 1.5 quarts per tank of gas. thats burning, it doesn't leak any oil. Anybody else got me beat? I know its not coming through the heads because we had those rebuilt.... starting to piece together my 350....

Check your intake gasket, on my 302 Stang that happened, my Dad used a cheap gasket and it was burning oil big time. He learned his lesson and bought a Fel Pro one.

My first car had you beat by a long shot, a 74 Chevy VEGA GT with the aluminum block and no cast iron cylinder liners for the piston rings to run against, who's bright idea was this This engine had 80,000 miles on it and would go through at least 2 quarts per tank, I had to run anti-foulers on the plugs just to keep it running, I solved the problem by swaping in a 327 4-speed

I put in a tank of gas a week.

I was dry on oil by the end of the week.
