The gauge is good but I never put a new temp sensor in my driver head when I did my rebuild cause I forgot about it My question is can I splice the green wire with the yellow wire from the coolant tempature sensor next to the water neck? Any help is greatly appreciated.

 

Nope, thats not gonna work. The sensors dont work the same and it'll probably mess up the reading to the ecm.

 

damn, I'll have to wait until monday and fix the problem during my lunch break.
