Piston suggestions
I just wanted some input from you guys on pistons for my rebuild. It will be a mild rebuild, nothing crazy. I was looking at either Federal Mogul hypereutectic or Speed pro hypereutectic, which is better? Is there another brand that is decent for my application? Both should retain near the stock compression also at 9.35 or so. Also, what is the difference between flattop pistons with 2 valve reliefs or 4? Is there advantages or disadvantages to either? Thanks for any input.

You might want to take a look at KB hypertetic pistons, I have ran them in the past and was happy with them.
not sure about the difference between the 2 or 4 valve relief, but i notice most pistons are 4 valve relief.

With 2 valve reliefs you had to watch which way you had the piston facing in the cylinder, to make sure the valves actually went in them and not against the piston. With 4 valve reliefs you no longer have to worry about which way it faces, the valves will always be aimed at the reliefs.
At least thats how I believe it works, could be wrong.
