This is on my particular car, yours could be different.
On the driver's side, against the firewall are three relays, all look exactly the same. The center relay is for fan #1, the relay closest to the driver's side fender is for fan #2. It's got four wires in it, but I can only remember 3 colors, orange, grey, and brown. (The last one might be black with a red stripe.)
HTH
By the way, my second fan is only set from the factory to come on when the pressure in the air conditioner lines is a certain pressure (meaning the A/C is on.) If you take that plug off the A/C line and short the two terminals in it (grey wire and black with white stripe wire) the fan should turn on when you turn the ignition on.

on my car, which is an 87 350 car, there is also a relay up near the fans. The prior owner had butchered a splice into the ground, and it would run all the time. I replaced the busted relay, and unhooked his splice, and it now works like it should.
