Help - Alarm (clifford)

OK, it's a SE 2020 (probably as old as the car..lol). ANyways, I got my car back from the bodyshop yesterday (sent car in with alarm power disconnected). Hookup alarm - doesn't work. Power is supplied..no arm / disarm no doors locking...nothing.
The only thing that happens is the dash mount LED stays ON and sort of flicks every second or so. Toggle switch does nothing as well. I've tried everything...checked all wires and everything looks good.
THE KICK: THe body shop took apart my passenger door to fix it up. Perhaps they may have left something undone? I don't see how since the power lock relays are located on the drivers side just in front of the door (I THINK). HMmm, maybe the passenger relay is located on the passenger side? naa, I think they're both behind the driver side kick panel..correct?
Power locks work perfect when using the factory door switch.

Any help is apprciated.

If you're lucky, you'll be able to get your hands on a schematic of the alarm installation and take it from there. If the power locks work correctly from the OEM door switched, it's gotta be in the alarm system wiring. Good luck finding a schematic, but you might try http://www.commlinx.com.au/schematics.htm
