Changing the Fan from Comp. to Thermal Switch

Is it possible for a single fan to be run off of the sensor in the cylinder head instead of the computer? I have a single Fan motor and do not have the money to convert to dual fans at the moment. Thanks.

Yes, but the unit your looking for is rather expensive, as in almost costs as much as another electric fan. Azone and other parts store carry a little fan relay where you can adjust activation temp and it only runs $18. the only problem with this one is, it uses and externaly mounted sensor that attaches the the radiator, IMO not very reliable for a long period of time. I use this one and havent had any real problems.
