Engine gasket set question, what to get?

I am going to rebuild the top end of my motor and had a question about the gaskets. I would like to do a little porting on my intake and exhaust ports on my heads as well as the intake manifold. I belive the term is "gasket matching". I dont want to hog it out very much but just clean things up a little and do some polishing on the exhaust ports. The heads are Dart Iron Eagle 200cc (if that makes a difference). Do I just buy a standard set of gaskets and port it out to that size or should I be buying a custom size gasket (for intake to heads)? What brand would you reccomend too? I will have 9.5:1 compression and be running a 50-75-100 shot of N20 as well. In case I need a special head gasket to help hold the seal. Thanks! :lala:

The factory GM gasket sets are hard to beat for quality and price. The dealers can get tham if they're not in stock (that would be a surprise) and they are often half the price of the Fel-Pro sets. They worked for the first 10 years, so you can expect the same quality or better for the next ten at least.
