Where can I get a power chip for my 82 Z28? And How much will it cost? Just bought this 91 Z28 today for $2800, tell me what you think. Stock w/ all options.

Man that is one sweet looking car  I have always been fond of 3rd gen Camaros and Firebirds You can get a chip from Hypertech but I would look around to see if there is anybody in your area that will burn a custom chip. The Hypertech ones pretty much just adjust the fan activation temp to go along with a new thermostat. They leave more to be desired out of them. Plus they are pretty pricey too. Last I remember they are like $200 or something like that.

He means make a custom prom chip just for your engine combo. Look on the DIY forum here for what is involved.

What he means is that the "cookie cutter" PROMs that can be purchased as replacements are seldom optimized for your car and driving style, and you should be able to do a WHOLE lot better by tuning your owm PROM.

Nice find, BTW. You stole it....
