Car feels sluggish after pushing it

I noticed that after pushing my car a little when I pull in the clutch the idle goes real low like it wants to die out. Feels sluggish afterwards too. What's going on?

Sounds like weak lifters bleeding down. Does it seem to get better after a few minutes?

ZZ...ya. It gets better after a few minutes. Does this mean my motor is going to detonate on me soon?

You could end up with valve trane damage. Here's a ttt for ya to see what others think.
