Found Belt sqeel,,HOW TO FIX>>HELP!!PLEASE

Well i recentely put a set of march underdrive pulleys on my 87 TA TPI 305, and had my alternator rebuilt, the sqeel mostly went away, but i cought it, it happens when i first start from a stop WHEN My fog lights or normal lights are on, i assume b/c its pulling more juice from my alternator and i have a smaller pulley causing more strain on the pulley!! ?? Now how do i go about fixing this problem besides driving w/ my lights off or taking the pulley off?
thanks
Aj

If your drive belt squeels, I would put some vinyl cleaner or belt dressing on it. That usually works.

Another underdrive sheave phenomenon. The alternator load isn't going to be reduced because it is turning more slowly.
