When you try to start the car do you hear a click or nothing at all? When you were trying to start the car before when you first tried was it starting right up after a few tries or was it cranking slowly?

not so fast! make sure you check ALL the connections. If they look the slightest bit corroded, clean them. Trust me on this, if the starter and solenoid are still good, your problem is probably here. I cant tell you how much trouble me and my brother have had with this, especialy the ground strap on the front pass. side cyl. head. He even ran a ground strap to the starter itself.

P.S. A good way to check is, if the positive cable to the starter is clean and good to go, hook a jumper cable up to the starter body (bell housing is good) and run it to the negitive term. ont he battery. see if that helps.
