I'm just trying to wire up a mallory hyfire ignition and i dont have the adapter harness. The instuctions only show how to wire it with the mallory harness(cause they want to make more $ by selling you one). Where the adapter harness connects, the wiring is blacked out so you can't see which wire goes where. Has anyone got a wiring diagram to tap into the factory wiring without using the adapter harness?? Its a 89 5.7 GTA with the external coil.

You can go by an MSD wiring diagram if you can find one at www.msdignition.com. They're pretty much the same.
