TBI to carb?

What is all involved in this besides bolting in a new intake and carb. Can you just disconnect the computer? Do you need a new distributor? I've got to think that this would be more cost-effective than replacing all the BS sensors and trying to hot-rod the TBI system.

You'll need a vacuum advance distributor, and you'll have to take care of the TC LU.

BTW, it's a 5spd so the TC is not an issue. So Carb , intake, distributor, and crap on the ecm...that's it?
