305 Or 350
I PULLED AN ENGINE/TRANS OUT OF AN IROC OVER A YEAR AGO
I COULD OF SWORN HE SAID IT WAS A 350 SB WITH A TURBO 350 OR 400 TRANS WITH OVERDRIVE
AFTER LOOKING UP THE #'S STAMPED ON THE ENGINE (3970014)
it says 350 small block but the years are 1970 - 1976
i pulled the engine out of a 3rd gen camaro not 2nd
any one with any ideas please e-mail me

also trans# is 6YPM-Y-01089200-141C if anyone can tell me about it

The TH350 and 400 transmissions are 3 speeds, there is no overdrive. The motor was probably swapped for a different one if the numbers dont match..its a small block....it will fit in every generation of camaro...or almost any GM car.
