#1 If I remove all the smog gear under the hood will I still get my 87 305 4bb to pass?
#2 If I remove this stuff can I really get in trouble and if so what are the penalties? I am going to register my car at a friends house where there is no testing. Problem is I just got it registered at my house last week where there is

i passed NJ emisions with no air or smog pump on my car. i had a stock 305 then with just a flowbastered muffler. good luck

 

I passed an emissions test here with no cats and no smog of any kind...

They told me "rev you engine to 2500 RPM's and hold it there." Haha, bet he wasn't expected the roar....
