Hey everyone,
My car has been running fine latley until this night when i got home i had smoke coming from under my hood, I looked under the hood and I could not find anything ecept that it was coming from the upper left side next to the heater motor and the air conditioning stuff, but i think it was lower than that, . Anyone have anyideas as to what this is?

 

sounds like a blown heater hose or heater core or something leaking hot coolant

one night i came home last summer and all of the sudden steam started pouring out from under my hood. it was a blown heater hose (i dont have AC)

did the steam smell kinda sweet?

i would check all the rad and heater and AC hoses

 

Sounds like the valve cover gasket leaking onto the exhaust manifold....

 

ah, after a little more investigation I think it is the coolant line going to the tranny, it is dripping down onto the exhaust pipe.'
