Have to smog soon/Need Carb E.O. Numbers/TPIS big mouth intake manifold

I'm going to have to smog my car soon. Right now i have a TPIS Big Mouth Intake Manifold with the Large Tube Runners. My car is a 1991 Z28 1Le 5.7 Auto. Does anyone out there know the Carb E.O. Numbers for the intake and the runners? Thanks if you can help out. Later.
