belt squealing

i recently took all my belts of to check my water pump(its make lots of noise and is going to be replaced soon) and after i put them all back on i turned the a/c to max and the belt started making noises, why is it doing this?

u didn't tighten them up enough.. simple as that

thanks, thats what i was guessing it was, but didnt know if i should loosen/tighten eh
