Code 33 fixed now it killed on me today no codes

had a code 33 every now and then mostly when crusing at 60-70 and hitting a slight bump (it would act like it was cutting out or losing power for a few seconds and pick back up again.SES light would come on for a few seconds then go off, showed a 33 when checked) changed the MAF relays this morning and cleared the ecm and this afternoon it died while crusing in a parking lot at about 10mph( no ses light) . its never killed on me before and i checked for codes but only got 12 12 12 whats up with that could it be my fuel pump or filter???idles ok at around 600 in drive with brakes pressed runs great 95% of the time, TPS set at .56 volts

oh ---89, 5.7 formula ,auto, only mods are no cats ,edelbrok catback,K&N filter

any ideas????

hm, check to see if you did something wrong when trying to fix it the first time. I always do stuff, then something goes wrong, and I'm lke, oh, is that wire supposed to be off there?

it may be nothing to worry about. i've had it happen to me on several cars. they only do it once and then never again. it only happens, in my case, after i've cleared the computer.
if it happens again then maybe something's wrong otherwise chalk it up to the computer relearning.

A bad MAF isnt going to make your car just suddenly stop running. You should be looking at the ignition system.

...and losing distributor reference pulse while driving will kill the engine, as well as setting the "12, 12, 12"...

CUTTING OUT

Ok guys im still haveing a problem with the engine cutting out while crusing at a sustained speed when i hit a bump. it doesnt happen on acceleration and not every bump causes it to happen

could it be a loose ground causing me to loose spark?( i also smell fuel when this happens) and the car picks rite up after this happens (only for a second or two it feels like its going to kill)

help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
