the heat constantly comes out of my vents and my radio and where my shifter is. the whole dash gets hot. is there a reason the heat always comes out? the heater controls still work it doesnt come out at just 1 given speed but even when its off it comes out just enough to get me to break a sweat. thanx

 

Is it a manual trans?
If it is it sounds like you need a new shifter boot.

 

Another posibility is the heater blend door may not be closing completely.
