355 Tpi Poor/no Performance

Hi guys, I just finished building up my 355 TPI for my 86 IROC. It idles very well (ZZ4 camshaft). I have ported heads 64cc heads with ZZ4 valvetrain... 24 lbs injectors with an adjustable fuel pressure regulator cranked @ 50 psi on idle. <--- Is that right? I heard that 45 psi @ idle is for stock L98.

Anyway, here's the problem, each time I go WOT (Wide Open Throttle) in any gears (5 speeds) the car ain't responding at all. Just like I'd be in 1st @ 2500 RPM, I go WOT and it doesn't accelerate at all. I'm running an MSD ignition 6AL so I do believe fire is good. Injectors are brand new, and there's more than enough air going in the throttle body...

So what's up with it? is it the timing?? have I missed something? I timed it at 10 deg @ 800 rpm, like the ZZ4 crate engine.

I really need some pointers here, what's going on?!

you might want to move your timing around some, but i think you're problem may be in the prom, you might need a custom one.
