Engine: 355 tpi

Transmission: 700r4

Car keeps killin' on me

If i'm going slow (15 or less) and i tap the gas the RPM's will go up then drop to about 250 and then kill. Does anyone have any idea at all what could be wrong????

Umm... Year? Engine? Fuel system type?

oops sorry about that. It's a 92 z28 with a 350 TPI....Not sure on the fuel system.

How does it idle? IT could aslo be a dead spot in the TPS. (Throttle position senser). It is hard to tell you what the problem is over the net, all we can do is try.

The idle itself seems fine. It's only when i'm almost crawling along and I just tap the gas, the RPM's will drop to 250 or sometimes less and then the car will kill. I was told possibly the IAC valve but i wasn't wondering if it could be anything else.
