Auto Scanner Results and Questions Inside!!!

Well I FINALLY got ahold of a friggin scanner, and heres what I came up with...

On multiple WOT runs, I recorded the following:
-Knock Retard: Max was 16*
-Knock Detected: Yes
-BLM's were ranging from 128-132
-o2 Mv 795-800 up top, didnt drop off
-Full throttle indications were Rich
-Last, throughout the tests, the Spark Advance ramained at 39*, at any throttle. This I found pretty wierd.

Also, after the last run, the scanner froze up. I disconnected it and reconnected it, and would continue to freez up. I got one error stating invalid code or something like that. Other than that, everything else seemed fine.

So what can you tell is goin on here from those numbers?

Oh yeah... Always 93 octane, base timing @ 8*.
From the o2 numbers, it looks like Im leaining out up top. Not really sure how: Fuel pressure is constant, 19* SVO's are @ 42 PSI. I think this spark advance is my big problem here... what would cause the spark advance to be so high and constant at any throttle?
