What plugs do you guys run with TF or aftermarket head?

What plugs do you guys run with TF or aftermarket head?
they said to start off with fr3ls so i did then i went to the fr1ls then i seen that for the ZZ4 motor then recommend the fr5ls. The fr1ls seemes to built up with carbon and the fr3ls seems better but i still have a dark carbon tint. should i go with the fr5ls?
