What kind of performance will I gain going to 8.8 mm plug wires

Just wondering if I would notice a differnce if I switched my 8mm plug wires to some 8.8mm ones. Anyone tried this and notice any difference in there car. Thinking about going with some accel or msd wires.

If you don't need new ones don't waste your money. You won't feel the difference.

Mark A Shields is correct, don't change wires unless they are bad or pretty old, bigger wires will give you 0 extra hp. When you need new wires get either MSD Super conductors or Magnecor 8.5mm wires.

Taylor are my personal favorite plug wires. You won't feel any gain from them.

No, all colors are only good for 10, the 10 "bonus" HP to make the 20 comes from putting the sticker across your windshield.

But seriously, like the other post said, they will make no difference whatsoever unless your existing ones are defective, in which case they will meka zero difference compared to a set of functional 8mm ones.

SO, l would like to get everyones opinion on what brand, I like the msd and accel any opinions on those and does anyone know about how much they run?? Guess I gotta get that sticker for better performance. Maybe a big bowtie for the back too, how much hp is that worth?? Thanks guys Jason:rockon:

Anyone else out there have a brand they prefer. Right now, leaning towards the msd super conducor 8.5. Does anyone know if these have the boots that will work with the accel super coil??
