New day new problem.. too hot when cold
I also posted this in the v6 forum
It was sitting all night.. and it rained out so everything was cool.. I turned it on and 2 seconds later the engine temp dummy light comes on and stays on.. turn it off.. turn it on.. still on.. get to work.. off and on.. light still there..the coolent barely went up in the bottle so the engine wasn't that hot.. and how could it get hot in literally 2 seconds.. anyone know what causes this?.. the SES doesn't come on...
2.8l 1986 v6.. recently replaced MAF.. cap, rotor, wires, plugs, pcv valve.. oil.. radiator fluid.. and so on..
