NO
Hydraulic cams are ground different from solid cams even the roller ones. If you try to use the wrong lifter on each cam you'll destroy the valve train. The ramps are designed differently.
If you want to use solid roller lifters then you need a solid roller cam.

All you have to do is the same list of things that all the rest of us had been doing for all the decades we've been building roller motors before the factory put the engineering dept. summer intern's sophomore engineering project into production and created that weird stupid crap found in 87-up motors... you need a roller cam, roller lifters, a cam button, and shorter push rods usually by about .400" compared to flat-tappets since roller lifters are taller.

You'll need to buy "Retro-Fit" hyd roller lifters
and special (shorter length) pushrods.

You use a cam button on the end of the cam that contacts
the timing cover, limiting for and aft travel.
I just pulled out my solid roller and replaced it with a flat tappet hydraulic. If you are looking to play that route, I can get the cam and rollers to you for cheap!
The cam and lifters only had 494 miles on them. Guaranteed good shape.
CompCams 280 solid roller (12-702-8) with Comp solid roller lifters.
I decided to go hydraulic for easier maintenance.......no valve lash
Now I just have these hanging around.
As for the retro fit.......this was in an older block. You just stick a cam button on the front to keep it from "walking". Also, the rollers have to be linked to keep them from spinning in the lifter bores.
I retrofit it all into an '81 4-bolt block.
As for the lobes, solid rollers have the most aggressive ramps of all cams.
