I just installed my white face gauge overlays and painted my needles. All my gauges work right except for the tach and the oil pressure gauge. The tach is jumping around like crazy and the oil pressure gauge doesn't do much now. It seems stuck a little bit but moves just a little when you start it. What is up with these two gauges? They were fine until I did this today. All I did was pull them out and reinstall them. I've done this before.

Those two wires are in the same spot in the engine bay. I'd check to make sure something didn't happen in there. The other thing is sounds like is a bad ground.

 

I fixed the tach that was wack! I got another tach out of my parts car and put it in and it did the same thing. I really examined the gauge and where it plugs I found that one of the receptacles was missing. I had to take the gauge cluster out and undo the speedo and everything to put it back in.

Now if I have time to get my N20 bottle filled and some new innertubes in my M/T's I'll go to the track tonight. Thanks for the reply ATO monkey.
