I have seen this set-up, but, haven't done the conversion. How would I eliminate the MAF on an '87 IROC TPI 350, and convert to the K&N filter on the throttle body? SMOG is not a problem, since we have no requirements in this county! I'd like to do this and still have the car run right.

hey bob, i think the only way to elimenate the maf would be to switch to speed density system, i don't know the steps for this but i think it involves a new ecm. do a search i am sure you will find some info on this. hey i also no about hot, hot, hot, vegas, i'am down the road in henderson, i also have an 87 iroc cept it has the 305, but it gets along pretty good to, and yes its difficult to work on but i love it anyway

Thanks, MY87ROC. Guess I'll spend the time and $$ elsewhere in the car. Actually, I moved out to Pahrump about a month ago. Less hassle! My e-mail is Bob92xl@usintouch.com. Gimme a shout, and maybe we can hook up for a cup of coffee and some IROC BS'ing. Quiet Bob
