In the last weeks time I have received the following codes from the ECM, 42, 22, and 13. Originally I had a 13 a few weeks ago and it hadn't come back. Then after finding a hesitation that was due to my broken DVOM I RAISED my TPS voltage and started getting a Code 22. Then I thought I had a bad TPS because to get it to adjust to the proper voltage I had to file the bolts slots to make them longer. After putting a new one in it adjusted up just fine.
I was driving home from the beach today and I threw a code 42 and a code 13. I am also still experiencing a slight hesitation and very poor idle.
Anyone have any ideas??
I was thinking of trying a new Fuel Cutoff Relay because maybe it's leaning out my fuel mixture and causing the code 13 as well as 22 and 42??? If so, where is this relay located at on an 89 with a 350 TPI??

Any other theories are greatly appreciated. I have basically replaced all the parts of this engine with my rebuild except for the ignition module, MAF, and ECM. Although while looking for my hesitation I had a new ignition module in it for a day and still had the hesitation.

 

BTTT Someone has to have an opinion.
