Hey Mark, how do you like that weiand stealth intake? Does it look nice? Does it fit under the hood? Does the new XE268 cam have a nice idle lope and run hard and strong. I ask because this is the exact same thing i want to do when i get my 350.

The cam sounds nice and lopey around 650 rpms.
Right now I'm at college and unfortunately when I had been driving it the few times I did, my timing was quite a bit off.

There should be 4 lines coming out of your fuel tank, feed, return, canister, & a short one with a check valve on it. The short line is the vent for the tank & the valve is to prevent fuel from exiting the tank on a rollover. Plugging the vapor line should do nothing, mine has been that way for 8 months.
