I have a 305TBI and I just took it out to put a carbed 350 in its place. I am not running any computer or emissions stuff. Now what I need to know is if I need the relay in this picture that is mounted on the firewall on the passenger side. Also what is this relay and what does it do? Thanks guys.

 

Can't see any relays at all, try a better picture. From memory, the only relays on your passenger side should be for the fuel pump and maybe fog lights. I'd say leave them.
